Refrigerated transport is a challenge for the haulier – the goods transported must be kept under constant temperature control by means of the specialised technology with which the fleet must be equipped. Frigo Control – caring for your goods with the utmost care

One of the most important factors in this type of transport is the temperature. All products must be kept at a certain degree Celsius – so that they remain qualitative and do not spoil. The most common type of products that need to be transported under appropriate conditions are foodstuffs, such as

• frozen foodstuffs,
• dairy products,
• delicatessen products,
• fruit or vegetables.

Refrigerated transport also plays a very important role in the medical sector, where medicines, pharmaceutical intermediates or cosmetics can lose their properties when transported at too high a temperature. There are also dangerous loads that are sensitive to fluctuations or high temperatures. In the context of this branch of transport, we are therefore talking about the transport of goods with a short shelf life.

Vehicles used for refrigerated transport must be equipped with thermographs that make it possible to regulate the temperature throughout the journey. Attention must be paid not only to temperature, but also to air humidity.
